w999 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the w999 platform, accessible at w999.cash, including all products and services offered under the w999 brand — sports betting, live casino, crash games, virtual sports, esports betting, baccarat, and any other products w999 may offer now or in the future.

By registering for a w999 account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the w999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If there is any part of these Terms you do not understand or do not agree with, you should not register an account or use the w999 platform. These Terms are written in plain language wherever possible. We want every Pakistani player on w999 to actually understand the rules they are agreeing to — not to wade through pages of legal text designed to obscure rather than inform. Where specific legal language is unavoidable, we have tried to follow it with a plain-language explanation.

These Terms apply to all users of w999, regardless of which device or browser you use to access the platform. They operate alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and w999.

2 Eligibility

To open a w999 account and use any part of the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions will be made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must be a real individual — corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active w999 account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one w999 account at any time.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion from w999 or from online gambling services generally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party — all bets and transactions must be for your own account, with your own funds.

w999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation. Standard verification documents accepted by w999 include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or other government-issued identity documents. Until verification is complete, w999 may place temporary restrictions on an account including limiting withdrawals.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Opening an Account

Registration on w999 is free. To create an account you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information — particularly false date of birth to circumvent age restrictions — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one w999 account. If w999 detects that a single individual has opened multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — w999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds associated with them. Winnings from bets placed using duplicate accounts are also subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your w999 account credentials secure. Your password should be unique to your w999 account and not used for any other service. w999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact w999 support immediately at support@w999.cash.

w999 will never ask you to share your password — not via Live Chat, not via email, not via any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from w999 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All w999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and balance displays on your w999 account will be shown in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees charged by w999 on any Pakistani payment method.

4 Deposits & Payments

w999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in PKR:

• The minimum deposit at w999 is Rs 500.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay credit to your w999 account instantly.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• w999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• w999 uses encrypted payment processing. Your card or wallet details are never stored on w999 servers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your w999 account are processed in PKR to your nominated Pakistani payment method. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed to your Easypaisa account.
• All withdrawals must be made to accounts held in your own name. w999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within two to four hours of submission.
• VIP Gold members receive same-day withdrawal processing as a standard benefit.
• VIP Elite members have access to instant withdrawal processing.
• Before a first withdrawal is processed, w999 will perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be asked to provide a clear photo or scan of your CNIC and confirmation of your payment method details. This is a one-time process.
• w999 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Processing times quoted are w999 processing times — your payment provider may have its own clearing schedule.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

w999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. The following general bonus terms apply to all w999 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only available to members who have opted in to the specific offer before qualifying activity is completed. Retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total value of bets you must place before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means you must wager 30 times the bonus value).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino wagers typically contribute 100%. Slot games, where available, may contribute at a different rate as specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement will expire if not completed within the specified period, typically 14 to 30 days depending on the offer.
• w999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus found to have been claimed by a player in breach of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or by providing false information.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New w999 members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 50,000. This bonus is available once per member (verified by CNIC) and is subject to a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after crediting. 6.3 Ongoing Promotions

w999 runs weekly and monthly promotions including reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms. Checking the Promotions page before depositing ensures you can access the best available offer for your preferred product.

7 Sports & Esports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on the w999 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. w999 does not offer bet cancellation once a bet has been accepted, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result condition is met, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned — specific settlement rules vary by sport and are published in the betting rules section of the w999 platform.
• w999 uses market prices from licensed data providers. Odds are subject to change up until the betting market closes. Your confirmed bet will be settled at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended temporarily during periods of fast-moving match action. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed during a suspension.
• Maximum payout per bet and per event are subject to limits which are displayed on the bet slip. These limits may vary by market and by account status.
• w999 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or abuse of pricing errors.
• Esports betting follows the same general rules as sports betting. Results are verified against official tournament records. Walkovers and forfeit results are settled according to the esports betting rules published on the w999 platform.

8 Live Casino & Casino Game Rules

All casino products on w999 — including live casino, baccarat, and crash games — are subject to the following rules:

• Game results for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are produced by certified, independently audited random number generation software. w999 does not have the ability to influence or predict RNG outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical actions — real dealers using real cards or real wheels in a professional studio. Results are visible to the player in the live video stream.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round will be settled according to the standard game rules once the round is complete. w999 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• The house edge for all casino games on w999 is published on the relevant product pages and reflects the mathematical advantage built into the game rules — it is not adjustable by w999 on an account-by-account basis.
• Crash game results are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round crashes is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by w999 or any player after bets are placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are displayed before joining. These limits may differ between standard and VIP tables.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the w999 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the w999 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in live poker, live game shows, or any other w999 product to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus structures, wagering patterns designed to meet requirements while taking minimal risk (often called "hedging"), or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, initiating chargebacks for amounts already wagered, or depositing with the intent to defraud.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the w999 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets using non-public information about event outcomes, or any activity connected to match manipulation.
• Providing false registration information — including false age, identity, or contact details during registration or KYC verification.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

w999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform, verify identity, process payments, and meet legal obligations. Key principles that apply to your data at w999:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Identity documents provided for KYC verification are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.
• All data transmission between your device and w999 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data w999 holds about you by contacting support@w999.cash.
• w999 will retain account data for a minimum of five years after account closure to comply with applicable regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

w999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We offer all account holders access to the following tools, available through the account settings section of your w999 account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification when you have been actively playing for a set period of time.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net result during a session.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from w999. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

w999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation requires urgent action:

• Breach of these Terms or any part of the agreement between you and w999.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as inactive. Any remaining real-money balance will be preserved and accessible upon verified reactivation request.
• At the request of the account holder — you may close your w999 account at any time by contacting support@w999.cash. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Where an account is closed by w999 due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and settlement of any outstanding issues. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in good standing, verified real-money balances will be returned within five business days.

13 Liability

The w999 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• w999 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or factors outside w999's reasonable control.
• w999 is not liable for delays in depositing or withdrawing funds caused by third-party payment providers.
• w999 is not liable for losses arising from the player's failure to meet bonus wagering requirements within the specified period.
• w999 is not liable for losses sustained during bets placed on events that were subsequently found to have been subject to match manipulation — such bets will be voided but the original stake is not guaranteed to be returned if the manipulation was not known to w999 at the time of settlement.
• w999's total liability to any individual member in respect of any single incident is limited to the value of the member's verified real-money account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes w999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

w999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, w999 will notify active members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the w999 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You can always find the current version of these Terms on this page at w999.cash/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent version was published.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the w999 platform and close your account. Your verified real-money balance will be returned to you as described in Section 12.
